We want you to have all the resources you need to provide the best care possible to your patients, which is why we’ve integrated RubiconMD into your Atlas.md EMR account. Now you can request feedback and opinions from specialists on your individual cases by submitting them to a RubiconMD Specialist. But your patients aren’t the only ones benefiting. You’ll also have peace of mind knowing a Specialist has reviewed your case and submitted their feedback. Just one more way you can put your most confident foot forward.
RubiconMD connects primary care providers to specialists for remote opinions. RubiconMD is integrated into the Atlas.md EMR, so once you enable the interface through your account, you’ll be able to connect directly to a RubiconMD Specialist.
Enabling RubiconMD Integration and Submitting Cases for Review
To enable RubiconMD integration to your account, simply go to Account > Integrations, then select RubiconMD.
Once the process is complete, you’ll submit a case for review right from the patient’s record. Click “Add Content” and then select “RubiconMD Case.” Simply type your question and complete any other bits of information using the RubiconMD platform. Atlas.md will fill in all the other patient information such as current medication, date of birth, medical history, etc.) so you don’t have to manually enter that data.
Feedback From a RubiconMD Specialist
When a specialist replies about your case, you’ll be notified via email that there is feedback to review. Simply click the link provided in the email to be taken directly to the patient’s chart, where the RubiconMD Specialist’s response will be waiting for you. The response will remain as part of the patient’s chart.
