Setting Automatic Appointment Reminders


You have the ability to set automatic appointment reminders using your calendar.

From your calendar, click on the settings icon in the upper right-hand corner, and then select “Calendar and Appointment Settings.” From there, click on the dropdown menu under “Send automatic appointment reminders to your patients?” and select “Yes.”

When you’re happy with your selection, click “Save Changes.”

The automatic appointment reminders will distribute using your patients’ preferred method of contact (email, Twitter DM, or SMS) as noted in their chart. Reminders are sent one week before the appointment, and again one day before the appointment.
