Managing Multi-Day Events

Multi-day events allow you to schedule extended time away—such as vacations, conferences, or other absences—directly on your clinic’s calendar. They help your team quickly see when someone is unavailable and prevent scheduling conflicts.

Adding a New Multi-Day Event

To create a multi-day event:

  • Open the Calendar
  • Click the plus icon in the upper-right corner
  • Select Is this a multi-day event?

  • Choose the start date, start time, end date, and end time
  • Select the staff member responsible
  • Add a description if needed
  • Click Add Event

The multi-day event will now appear on the calendar alongside other appointments and events.
