Managing Multi-Day Events


Multi-day events allow you to schedule and keep track of both your and your team members’ extended time off and vacations on your clinic’s calendar. This feature also allows you to easily share this information with other users and track and manage schedule conflicts should they occur.

Adding a new multi-day event

To add a new multi-day event, head to your calendar, then click on the plus icon in the upper right corner. Below “Appointment date”, click on “Is this a multi-day event?” Next, select when the event starts and ends, the person taking the time off, add a description of the event, then click “Add event.”

Your multi-day event will now be visible on the calendar, alongside any other events occurring at the same time.
