Atlas.md allows you to manage your local inventory of medications with its intuitive inventory management system.

To get started, head to the inventory management page by navigating to Prescription from the top navigation, then Inventory.

Here you’ll have an overview of all the drugs you currently have in stock as well as their quantities.

The inventory page also provides you with additional information about each drug, including:

  • The manufacturer
  • Cost per pill and price per pill
  • Expiry date
  • Lot number
  • NDC/SKU number

We’ll inform you about how much of a particular drug you have left in stock using Atlas.md’s color-coded percentage system, which allows for a quick at-a-glance analysis of your local inventory.

The system works as follows:

  • 51% – 100% = Green: Plenty in Stock.
  • 11% – 50% = Yellow: Running Low.
  • 0% – 10% = Red: Need to Restock Soon.

By clicking on the settings icon, you’ll be able to modify the inventory price and tax settings, as well as the clinic responsible for the inventory. You’ll also have the option of exporting your current inventory sheet as a CSV file.

You can easily add drugs to your inventory by clicking on the plus sign in the right-hand corner of the screen. You can add either NDC or non-NDC items. If it’s the latter, you’ll have to enter details such as the lot number and manufacturer manually.

If you’ve lost track of all the drugs in your local inventory, you can find what you’re looking for easily by using the yellow search bar near the top of the page.
