How Can I Update or Change My Password?

For security reasons – and since you’re handling a lot of sensitive medical data – we recommend that you change your password regularly.

If that sounds like a lot of work, we’ve got good news for you!

Firstly, we’ll send you a reminder so you don’t have to waste any mental bandwidth or calendar space.

Secondly, changing your password is really easy.

In fact, you can do it directly from your profile. Simply open up the sidebar, scroll down, then click Change Password.

Enter your old password followed by the one you’d like to change it to. Confirm you’re new password, click Save, and you’re done!

Note: When you change your password, you’ll be logged out of all other devices, but you will remain logged in on the device you used to change your password.

What if I Forget My Password or My Device Has Been Stolen?

Atlas.md will never provide your password for security reasons, but you can reset it from the Forgot password? link that’s available on your login page.

If your device has been stolen, check out this support article for what to do next.
