What Can I Control From Your Profile Page?
Your profile holds the most important information about you, plus a few account-wide settings.
Opening your profile
- Click the small photo icon in the sidebar of Atlas.md to open the sidebar.
- Scroll down and click Edit Profile.
Editing your details
In the profile modal, you can set or change your:
- Profile picture
- Title
- Name
- Nickname
- Date of birth
- Phone number
You can also use this modal to:
- Change your password
- Add or change your signature image
- Choose whether you’d like to receive email notifications
- Allow patients to self-schedule appointments
- Choose whether you’re available to accept new patients on your practice’s enrollment form
Click Save at the bottom of the modal once you’ve made your changes.
Taking other actions
Beyond your personal details, your profile page also lets you:
- Send a Note to Pharmacist to enter a standard note that shows up on all of your outgoing prescriptions.
- Click Mailbox to connect your email account so incoming emails are assigned directly to the relevant patient’s chart.
- Click Phone Services to enable phone services.
- Click Office Hours to customize your office hours.
