Atlas.md provides you with the option to send automatic birthday emails to your patients. While we offer a ready-made template and birthday message, you can also customize the message and tailor it specifically to different patients.
Enabling Automated Birthday Emails
To enable the sending of automatic birthday messages:
- Head to your patient’s profile and open up the sidebar
- Click Outgoing Email Settings and check the box to enable Automated Birthday Emails
- From here you can also edit the content of the birthday message
- Once you’re happy with your selection, click Save
Note: If the patient does not have a primary physician set, Atlas.md won’t send an automated birthday message.
