What's On the Patient Detail Page?

To get to the patient detail page, navigate to Patients from the top navigation, then select the patient in question.

This page gives you a complete overview of the patient’s activity. You can open up the Patient Detail sidebar for more contact and medical information.

Patient Detail Sidebar

The sidebar lets you view patient information such as name, ID number, age, sex, how long they’ve been a patient, medical history, and contact details.

You can edit this information by clicking Edit Record.

You can also make the patient a favorite by clicking Favorite Patient.

Medical History

You can find your patient’s entire medical history in the sidebar of the patient detail page.

This includes upcoming appointments, incomplete tasks associated with that patient, current medication, immunizations, GYN history, OB history, and family history.

Click Edit to change the information for any of these categories.

Contact Details

Tab over to the patient’s contact details to get a hold of them. You can edit these details by clicking the Edit Record button.
