How to Handle Payments

Payments from patients can be handled in two different ways within You can add the payments yourself or the patient can use their credit card to do so.

Whenever an invoice is sent through email to a patient, we also send a online bill pay link to the patient. Clicking this link takes them to a page that discriminates how much he owes with easy access to the full invoice. They can also enter their credit card information (or re-use a previously entered card) and pay for the bills themselves.

The other method is for you to add the payments yourself from the app. This lets you add payments in different methods than credit card as well, such as cash or check.

The same is true for the companies that you manage using, not only patients.

You can also set up ACH payments for your patients. ACH payments are processed directly from your patients’ bank accounts. Learn more about ACH here.
