Accepted Forms of Payment

Accepted forms of payment for the EMR include both credit cards, debit cards, and bank payments through ACH.

When entering a method of payment, please be aware we accept the following types of credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • JCB
  • Discover
  • Diners Club

We can accept the following types of bank transfers:

  • ACH Payments

You may also accept gift and prepaid cards that are one of the above types.

Card Being Declined?

If the card has been declined, please double check that you’ve entered a valid card number, expiration date and security code (CVC). If the information is fully accurate and the card is indeed from one of the issuers above, the declination is on behalf of the bank, not the app. In that instance, please contact your patient and ask them: (1) to contact their card issuer to determine the reason for the decline and/or (2) ask for an alternative payment method.

After a card has been declined, the EMR will attempt to charge it again during the next billing cycle. If you input new card information and would like to charge the card sooner than that, you can enter a manual payment to initiate the charge process again.
