Automatic Expiration Notifications to Patients
While Atlas.md’s payment processor will try its best to always keep up-to-date card information, sometimes it’s not possible to automatically grab new card information regarding things like renewals and reissues.
So when we detect a patient’s credit card is about to expire, or there might be a problem with the payment method for the upcoming billing cycle, we’ll send the patient a gentle nudge to take a look.
We’ll ask them to make sure their information is up to date, and even include a link where they can update their credit card directly.
