Allowing Patients to Enroll Online With or Without a Credit Card


Do you want to enroll a patient without their credit card information? Great – Atlas.md lets you do this quickly and easily!

Each clinic has the option to allow patients to enroll without a credit card.

To customize this setting on your online enrollment form, it’s as simple as checking a checkbox.

Here’s how to do it:

  • From the top navigation, click Account then Settings
  • Next, scroll down to the Patient Enrollment Form section
  • Here you can see whether or not the requirement is already enabled
  • To edit that setting, click View and Update Settings and check or uncheck the box near the top that says, Credit card required for enrollment
