You can assign up to two emergency contacts per patient.
You can manage a patient’s emergency contacts by navigating to their chart and then clicking on the sidebar. Next, select “Edit Record”, then “Edit Emergency Contacts.”
Here you can specify the full name of the emergency contact, their phone number, as well as their relationship to the patient.
Once you’re happy with your selection, click “Save Changes” and the details of the emergency contact will be displayed in the Contact Details sidebar of your patient’s chart under the Emergency Contact Area.
