Assigning Emergency Contacts makes it easy to assign up to two emergency contacts per patient.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Navigate to your patient’s chart
  • Once on your patient’s dashboard, open up the sidebar by clicking on the patient’s picture on the left of the screen
  • Next, select Edit Record
  • Then Edit Emergency Contacts

Here you can specify the full name of the emergency contact, their phone number, as well as their relationship to the patient.

Once you’re happy with your selection, click Save Changes.

The details of the emergency contact will now be displayed in the Contact Details area of the sidebar of your patient’s chart under the Emergency Contact Area.
