Letterheads

Atlas.md lets you easily create PDFs of the letter documents you use most, including sick leave notes, patient notes, and other formal documentation.

The PDF includes a letterhead with your clinic’s and patient’s information, your clinic’s logo, and the date the document was created.

To create one:

• Head to the patient’s chart
• Click on the plus sign in the upper right corner
• Select, Letterhead
• In the pop-up modal, enter the title of the document and the content for the body
• Here you can also use Atlas.md macro autocompleter to insert templates of documents created earlier
• Once you’re happy with your selection, click Generate Letterhead

Atlas.md will then generate a PDF that you can easily email, print, or send with your preferred method. You’ll also find a copy of the letter document and the PDF file on your patient’s chart if you need to access it again.
