SMS Messages Blocked by Phone Carriers

Recently, US phone carriers have become increasingly more strict regarding their message traffic policies.

While we work continuously with our communication partner Twilio to ensure the best possible deliverability, some SMS messages may encounter issues and become blocked by phone carriers, preventing them from reaching their intended recipients.

Whenever a message is blocked, will send you an email notification to let you know that it happened. The email includes a link that you can click for more details about why the message got blocked, and also includes the original message content so you can easily see what was blocked.

Regardless of the reason, the easiest way of dealing with blocked messages is by relaying the message through a different method of communication (such as email or a phone call).
