If you need to share information with a colleague or third party, you can do so from right inside Atlas. The patient sharing feature allows you to select just the information you’d like to share (as opposed to the entire chart) and send it one of three ways: email, download or print.
How’s it Done?
Head over to your patient’s chart. From the settings cog dropdown, find “Share Patient Details.” There, you’ll be able to select exactly which pieces of the chart you’d like to share; you can even specify a date range to include only the most relevant information. Once you’re done selecting, choose how you’d like to share. Your options include email, download and print. Please note: only one delivery method may be used at a time.
Follow the prompts to complete the process based on which sharing method you’ve chosen.
Your Other Sharing Options
Of course, there are instances where you do want to send the entire chart and Atlas.md has outlets for those, too. From the settings cog dropdown in the patient’s chart, you can choose to either “Print the complete record,” or “Download the complete record.”
