Writing up patient diagnoses can be a time-consuming task. With AI Diagnosis Suggestions, you can identify and add a diagnosis to a patient’s chart with a single click.

The feature works by analyzing all recent notes in the patient’s chart, looking for keywords and ICD-10 codes to identify and then suggest possible diagnoses. The more information you have, the better the possible diagnosis.

To use this feature:

  • Head to the patient’s chart
  • Click on the plus icon in the upper right corner
  • Select Diagnosis
  • Choose a diagnosis from under the Suggestions heading
  • If the condition is chronic, simply check the box next to Is this a chronic condition?
  • Once you’re happy with your selection, click Add Diagnosis and it will appear on your patient’s chart
