Subscriptions

The Subscriptions page displays all the information related to your clinic’s monthly payments and helps you manage your Atlas.md subscriptions.

Here you can see the total number of users on your clinic’s account, the complete amount that you will be billed for each month, as well the subscription invoice related to each payment.

Updating Your Credit Card

As a subscription service, we’ll bill your clinic’s credit card once a month provided that your trial period is over. To learn more about our pricing, check out our Pricing page.

If you wish to update the credit card that we charge for these subscriptions, head to the Subscriptions page by clicking Account from the top navigation, then Subscriptions.

Next, select the Update Credit Card button to the right of the page.

Enter your card details, then click Update Card.

If your trial period ends and you haven’t entered any valid credit card details for monthly subscription billing, your access to Atlas.md will be restricted to only the Subscriptions page. Once you update your credit card details you’ll regain full access to and functionality of Atlas.md.
