AI Chart Summaries

Atlas.md lets you summarize the entirety of your patient’s chart information using AI.

Here’s how to do it:

• Head to your patient’s chart
• Click the AI Button in the upper right corner, then select Summarize Chart History
• Atlas.md will analyze your patient’s entire chart history and generate a summary that includes the patient’s background, medical history, lab results, existing conditions, prescriptions, and other notes
• At this point you can edit any information before you save it
• Once you’re happy with the results, you can either save the summary as a note that will appear on your patient’s chart, or copy it to your clipboard to send it externally
