What If I Don't Have Phone Services Enabled?
You might wonder what happens if you either don’t have phone services enabled, or you have phone services enabled but don’t have all the forwarding preferences set. Here are answers to both.
- If you don’t enable Phone Services, you won’t have the buttons available to send an SMS or make a phone call. So turn them on in order to effectively correspond with your patients!
- If you have Phone Services enabled, but not the proper forward numbers set, the messages and calls will end up in limbo; they’ll get completely ignored! If this is the case for your account, Atlas.md will warn you, and remind you to set these preferences.
