How Do I Add a New User to Our Account?


On the “Users” page in the Account section, click the plus sign icon. From there, you’ll be prompted to enter information about the new user, after which you’ll click “Save” to create the new user.

Before you officially add the new user, you’ll be able to confirm how the addition will affect your future monthly fees. The preview will display how much you’ll be charged per month and how much the next charge will be including a proration estimate.

As a reminder, Doctors, Doctors of Pharmacy, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are paid users, while Nurses, Staff and Pharmacy Technicians are free users.
