Your inventory handling fee is a one-time fee that applies to all prescriptions you dispense from your internal pharmacy.

To set up your inventory handling fee:

  • Select Account from the top navigation
  • Next, click Patient Pricing Settings
  • Select the button that says Manage Service Fees
  • Click Inventory Handling Fee, then Edit Automated Service Fee
  • Enter the amount then finalize it by clicking Edit Automated Service Fee
  • Your inventory handling fees are all set!

Once your handling fee is set, it will apply to any new prescription you dispense. The charge will be added to your patient’s invoice in addition to the total cost of the medicine.
