Registering Patients With the Patient Hub
Atlas.md allows you to register your patients with the Patient Hub to let them request appointments, manage billing, and communicate directly with you and your clinic.
There are two ways that you can invite a patient to register for a Patient Hub account.
Share Your Patient Hub Login Link
Your Atlas.md account has an exclusive Patient Hub login link.
You can find this link by heading to Account, Settings, scrolling down to Patient Hub, then selecting Patient Hub Login Link. Your personal link is also hosted at “youraccount.atlas.md/hub”.
ou can share this link on your website, emails, newsletters, or any other point of contact with your patients.
By following this link, all pre-existing patients that are registered to your Atlas.md account can create accounts and access the Patient Hub.
To confirm that they’re one of your patients, we’ll send them a temporary link to authenticate the ownership of the stated email account.
Invite Patients From Their Chart
If you prefer to invite a patient directly from their chart, you can do this by following these steps:
- Navigate to the patient’s chart
- Click the cog icon in the upper right corner
- Select Invite to Patient Hub
- Follow the instructions and optionally include a custom note with the invitation, then click Invite to Patient Hub
The patient will then receive an email with a link to the registration page where they can set a new password to finish creating their account.
Disconnecting Patients from the Patient Hub
If your patient would like to be disconnected or you want to disconnect them from the Patient Hub, you can do so by following these steps:
- Head to your patient’s chart
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner
- Select Manage Patient Hub
- Then click, Disconnect From Patient Hub
Once the patient is disconnected they won’t have access to the Patient Hub unless they create a new account.
