How Can I Add a New Company?

Your billing page is where you can adjust companies associated with your patients.

Some of your patients will have support from their employers, so if you need to add or adjust a company associated with your patients, you can do so by clicking Billing and then Companies from the top navigation.

Next, click the plus icon in the upper right corner.

Enter the company’s details, then click Save.

Once you’ve added a company, you can select it to update:

  • Cover details
  • Bank accounts
  • Credit cards
  • Invoices
  • Billing history
  • Patients
  • Notes
  • And communication history
