If you’re using the iOS version of the Patient App, you can opt to enable health monitoring, which will send data from your Health app directly to your doctor.
To do this, log into your Patient App, click the menu icon in the upper left corner, then select Health Monitoring.
This screen displays the current connection status of health monitoring. Data will automatically be sent to your doctor, but if you’d like to send it manually, you can do so by clicking Send Health Data to My Doctor.
To opt out of health monitoring and stop syncing data with your doctor, click Disconnect from Health.
