You can control how much a company will pay from their employees’ bills. All charges respect the billing rule that is active at the time the charge is created; this means that if you change the rules for this company, only future charges will be affected by the new rules. All the old charges will remain the same. You can add percentages for monthly fees, prescriptions, labs, and misc charges. A company can pay for a percentage of all those fields, or select ones.
Viewing Companies with Outstanding Balances
From the main Billing page, select “View All Companies” to see a full list of companies and their outstanding balances. Clicking the settings icon in the upper right hand corner will allow you to click “Overdue companies” to view their outstanding balance amount, and the number of days it’s overdue.
Managing the Coverage of a Company
From the company’s billing page, click “Manage” next to the “Coverage” heading at the top of the page. Doing so will allow you to adjust the monthly percentage, the prescription percentage, lab percentage, and misc. percentage the company will cover.
Adding a Company to a Collection List
You can add a company to a collection list by heading to Billing > Companies and then selecting the company in question. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click “Add to collections.” Once added to a collections list, the company will be archived and removed from any ordinary outstanding balance lists. To view all companies on a collection list, click on “Collections” on the company billing page.
