The Atlas.md EMR makes transparency a habit. Which is why we’re happy to disclose information about credit card and bank charges. Here’s a detailed breakdown:
- 2.1% + 30¢ per online patient payment
- Each time we transfer funds to your bank account (for the payments your patients have made), there’s a one time fee of $0.25 for that bank transfer. This fee is per transfer and not per patient payment, so even if we’re transferring 1000 patient payments for your bank at once, the fee is only $0.25. You can read more about this here.
- These are all charges made by the bank, the credit card companies and Atlas.md’s payment processor. We’re constantly negotiating lower fees that we can share. We were recently able to lower these from 2.9% to 2.5%, and again from 2.5% to 2.1%!
