The Patient Hub and Patient App allow you to contact your doctor or clinic in a number of different ways.
After logging into your account, all contact information and methods will be displayed on the home page, both on the web and mobile app.
From your account, you can:
- Call your doctor directly
- Call the clinic
- Send your doctor an email
- Send your doctor a text
