Saving Patient Contact Information to Your Device

Atlas.md Mobile allows you to save patient contact information directly to your device’s contact list. This makes it easier to call, text, or email patients using your phone’s native apps, and gives you offline access to their details when you’re out of the app or away from an internet connection.

To do so:

  • Open the Atlas.md Mobile app
  • Navigate to the patient’s profile

  • Tap the More Actions button
  • Select Save to Contacts

Here you can either:

  • Create a new contact using the patient’s information, or
  • Add to an existing contact if the patient is already in your phone’s contacts

Before saving, you’ll see a list of available contact points, including:

  • Phone number(s)
  • Email address
  • Physical address
  • Date of birth
  • Notes

All fields are pre-selected, but you can uncheck any items you’d prefer not to include them.

Once saved, the information is added to your device’s Contacts app and synced to your OS’s cloud system (like iCloud or Google Contacts), if applicable.
