Resetting Your Patient App Password


If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking
Forgot password? on the login screen.

Next, enter your email address and select Reset Password.

If the email address you entered has an associated account, we’ll send you an email with a temporary password reset link.

Click the link and follow the instructions to assign a new password.

If the email address you entered doesn’t have an associated account, you may have to create a new account to access the app.
