Registering Your Clinic for the Atlas.md DPC Map
There are two ways you can register your clinic for the Atlas.md DPC Map:
Using Atlas.md
If you’re an Atlas.md user, you can send your account details to the DPC Map with just a few clicks.
From the top navigation, select Account, then Settings.
Scroll down to Integrations, find Atlas.md DPC Map, then click Register.
The resulting pop-up summarizes how the map works and how Atlas.md will handle your data.
Note: only practice details relevant to creating a profile are shared, and no patient data is ever disclosed.
Once you’re happy with these terms, click Register My Practice on the Atlas.md DPC Map.
The data will then be sent to the Atlas.md DPC Map to create a basic profile for you.
From the Website
You can also register for the Atlas.md DPC Map directly from the website.
Simply enter your information, including your first and last name, email, phone number, clinic name, and password. Once you’re happy with the selection, click Add My Clinic to the Map.
Finishing Your Profile
Once you’ve created your profile using either of the two methods outlined above, you must finish adding information to complete it.
Start by filling out essential details on your Basic Information page, including your email, website, specialty, clinic description, and logo.
Then, refine your profile by completing the following sections:
- Benefits: Highlight what patients can expect from your clinic.
- Procedures Offered and Pricing: Customize these sections with open-ended fields to clearly outline your offerings.
- Enrollment: Optionally enter your clinic’s enrollment link so patients can sign up directly from the Atlas.md DPC Map.
- Locations: Add multiple clinic locations and edit or remove them as needed.
- Teams: List your staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative members.
- Contact Form: Enable patients to reach out directly from the Atlas.md DPC Map. Messages will be sent to the designated recipient, and you can customize an automated response.
Once you’re happy with your profile, click Publish at the top of the page. The Atlas.md team will review your submission, and once approved, your clinic’s pin will appear on the map.
