Lab Prices Importer Tool

You can import your custom or negotiated lab prices all at once using the lab prices importer tool.

From your Account dropdown, select “Lab Prices.” In the upper right corner click the gear icon and then select “Import Lab Prices.” From there, select the labs provider you’re integrated with from the dropdown. Then upload your labs prices file, which should be in .CSV format. (You can learn more about .CSV files over here.)

Your CSV file needs to include a test code field, and a test price field to import successfully.

Next, match the data in your .CSV with the field names that they go with, and when you’re ready click “Next.” At that point you’ll give everything once last glance, and then click “Import Prices” to wrap it up. If you need to make any changes you can always use the “Make Changes” button to go back a step.

A quick note: If you include a test or price that is already present in your account, the information in the file you’re uploading will override the existing information, so make sure your .CSV includes the most updated data.
