Who is Eligible for Atlas Balance?
Atlas Balance is available to active Atlas.md clinics based in the United States.
To be eligible, you’ll need:
- A U.S.-based Atlas.md clinic in good standing
- A U.S. business entity (like an LLC or corporation)
- A U.S. federal tax ID (EIN)
- A U.S. physical address (not a P.O. box)
- A U.S. phone number
- A U.S. personal bank account to connect for transfers
As part of onboarding, we are required to collect identity verification documents for owners and controllers, consistent with federal Know Your Customer (KYC) and OFAC screening obligations. This helps keep your account secure and ensures we’re meeting regulatory requirements.
Can I Open an Account if I’m Outside the US?
Not at this time. Atlas Balance is only available to U.S.-based clinics and cannot be used for international marketing or by non-U.S. residents or entities.
