What Should I Do If I See a Suspicious Charge?
If you notice a charge on your Atlas Balance card that looks unusual or incorrect, don’t worry, you can take action quickly.
First, review the transaction details in your Cards or Account dashboard to make sure it’s not a payment you forgot about.
If the charge still seems suspicious:
- Freeze the card immediately to prevent further transactions.
- Contact support at balance@atlas.md and send us the transaction details. Include the date, amount, and merchant if possible.
Our team will investigate the charge and help resolve it. We may issue a replacement card if needed, and any confirmed fraudulent transactions will be submitted to Stripe and the card network dispute process for resolution, according to our security policy.
