How Do I Declare Beneficiaries?

Atlas Balance does not support naming individual beneficiaries. As a business financial account provided in partnership with Stripe Treasury and its bank partners, funds are legally tied to your clinic's business entity, not to you personally.

If the account owner or controller is no longer able to manage the account, control of the funds will follow the business's legal structure. For example, ownership may pass according to your operating agreement, corporate bylaws, or state law.

Can I Assign a Beneficiary Like I Can With a Personal Bank Account?

No. Because Atlas Balance is opened on behalf of your business, not you personally, ownership or control can only change through your business entity. This ensures compliance with banking regulations and avoids conflicts between personal beneficiary designations and business ownership rules.
