How Do I Close My Atlas Balance Account?
We're sorry to see you go, but closing your Atlas Balance account is simple.
Simply contact support and let us know you'd like to close your Atlas Balance account. We'll verify your identity and confirm the request.
Before we close the account, you'll need to move any remaining funds to an external bank account.
Once your balance is at $0, we'll deactivate the account and confirm closure via email.
What Happens After My Account Is Closed?
Once your account is closed:
- You'll no longer be able to send or receive payments through Atlas Balance
- Your transaction history will remain available for a limited time
- Any linked spending cards will be automatically deactivated
Can I Reopen my Account Later?
If your clinic is still eligible, you can request to reopen an Atlas Balance account at any time. Reach out to support, and we'll guide you through the process.
